综合医院运行基本公共卫生服务项目研究

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市综合医院公共卫生服务情况和区域间的差异,对医院公共卫生服务状况做出评价。方法自行设计综合医院运行基本公共卫生服务项目调查表,抽取辖区综合医院7家及社区健康服务中心55所,进行问卷调查与统计学分析。结果综合医院和社区健康中心均按照要求开展公共卫生服务。各级医院与社区健康中心评级存在差异（χ^2=7.018,P〈0.05）。级别高的综合医院防保科、社管中心对所属社区健康中心的业务进行指导。业务开展比较好的,在年终绩效评估中获得总分较高。社区健康中心公共卫生项目开展好,评级高,业务收入高,维持经费也高。结论加强培训与督导,根据工作职责予以相应配套经费,促进综合医院运行基本公共卫生服务项目。Objective To understand the situation of public health service in Shenzhen city and the differences among the regions and make the evaluation of the public health service in hospitals. Methods The questionnaire of basic public health service items of comprehensive hospital was designed by oneself, 55 community health service centers and 7hospitals were selected and analyzed by questionnaire survey. Results General hospital and community health centers were carried out in accordance with the requirements of the public health service. All levels of hospital and community health had differences（ χ^2= 7.018, P〈0.05）. Prevention department of high level comprehensive hospital, service center of belonging to the community center had business guidance and business development were better, in the year-end performance evaluation obtained higher scores. The public health community carried out a good project, a high credit rating, high business income, high maintenance. Conclusion It is neccessary to strengthen training and supervision,according to the work function of the corresponding supporting funds, to promote the operation of the general hospital of basic public health services.
