大庆市2004-2015年细菌性痢疾疫情分析

摘　　要：目的了解2004-2015年间大庆市细菌性痢疾流行特征,针对流行特征提出防控策略。方法对大庆市2004-2015年细菌性痢疾疫情资料用描述流行病学方法,应用EXCEL软件及SPSS19.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果2004-2015年共报告细菌性痢疾12 142例,年平均发病率为36.83/10万,病死率为0.16%,发病季节性特点明显。发病职业以散居儿童、托幼儿童及学生为主（8 037例）,占发病总数的66.19%;发病年龄以0~5岁年龄段最高（5 268例）,占发病总数的49.57%。男性年均发病率为54.22/10万,女性年均发病率39.48/10万,男女性别比为1.4∶1,男性发病高于女性（P〈0.01）,城区发病水平高于县城。结论大庆市细菌性痢疾发病进入一个缓慢下降的过程,虽然发病率逐年下降,但不能掉以轻心,应对重点地区、重点人群及时采取防控措施。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of bacillary dysentery in Daqing from 2004 to2015 and propose the prevention and control strategies for the disease. Methods The data of bacillary dysentery were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method from 2004 to 2015 in Daqing, EXCEL software and SPSS19.0 statistical software were used for statistical analysis. Results Total 12142 patients were reported from 2004 to 2015 in Daqing, the average annual incidence rate was 36.83/ 100000 and the fatality rate was 0.16%, the incidence of seasonal characteristic was obvious, most of the reported cases were 8037 cases including scattered children, kindergarten children and students,the total incidence was 66.19%, the incidence was the highest in age groups of 0-5years（5268 cases and the total incidence of 49.57%）, the male average annual incidence rate was 54.22/100000, that of female was 39.48/100000, the cases number in males was1.4 times higher than that in females（P〈0.01）, the incidence in urban was higher than that in counties. Conclusion The incidence turns into a slow decline in the process in Daqing, although the incidence decreases year by year, but we can not be taken lightly, the important areas and people take timely prevention and control measures.
