摘  要:以SnSb为主体材料,中间相炭微球(MCMB)、酚醛树脂为碳源,将机械球磨法与有机碳源热裂解包覆法结合,合成钠离子电池负极用SnSb合金/碳复合材料SnSb/MCMB/C。通过XRD、SEM测试分析材料的物相结构与形貌,通过循环伏安、恒流充放电测试,分析材料的电化学性能。SnSb/MCMB/C复合结构缓解了纯SnSb的团聚和体积膨胀效应,增强了材料的循环稳定性和倍率性能。SnSb/MCMB/C以100 m A/g的电流在0.01-2.50 V充放电,首次放电比容量为590 m Ah/g,首次库仑效率为60%,第100次循环的放电比容量保持在322 m Ah/g。SnSb alloy/carbon (SnSb/MCMB/C) composites for anode of sodium-ion battery were fabricated by ball milling and pyrolysis carbon-source method, SnSb was used as the main material, mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB) and phenolic resin as carbon source. XRD and SEM tests were used for phase structure and morphological analysis of the material, the electrochemical performance of the materials was analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests. The agglomeration and volume expansion could be alleviated by SnSb/MCMB/C composite structue. The cycle stability and rate capability of the material were improved, delivering an initial specific discharge capacity of 590 mAh/g with Coulombic efficiency of 60% and retaining the capacity of 322 mAh/g at the 100th cycle at the current of 100 mA/g when charged-discharged in 0. 01 - 2. 50 V.
