湖南省湿地生态系统服务价值初步评价

摘　　要：对湿地生态系统服务价值进行定量评价,可以为区域湿地保护管理提供重要的决策依据。结合湖南省第二次湿地资源调查数据和其它相关资料,运用市场价值法和替代法等方法,以2013年为基准年,评价了湖南省湿地所提供的13类生态系统服务价值。结果表明,湖南省湿地生态系统服务总价值为8 631.61×108元,占当年湖南省国内生产总值(GDP)的35.2%,其中,直接价值和间接价值分别为1 340.53×108元和7 291.08×108元,间接价值是直接价值的5.4倍;所计算的13类服务按其价值量依次为涵养水源、调节气候、调蓄洪水、旅游休闲、提供食物与原材料、供水、水电、维持生物多样性、文化教育、航运、固碳释氧、净化水质和保持土壤;湖南省湿地的单位面积生态系统服务价值为84.65×108元/hm2,是2013年湖南省单位国土面积GDP的7.3倍。Quantitative evaluation of the wetland ecosystem service value would provide important decision-making basis for regional wetland protection and management. This paper evaluated 13 kinds of wetland ecosystem services of Hunan province in 2013 based on the second wetland resources survey data of Hunan province and other relevant data. The market value method and alternative method were used in the evaluation. The value of wetland ecosystem services in Hunan province was 8 631.61×108yuan which accounted for35.2% of the annual gross domestic product（GDP） in Hunan province. The indirect value of 7 291.08×108yuan, accounting for 84.5% of the total value, which was 5.4 times greater than the direct value. The rank of the calculation of the 13 kinds of wetland ecosystem service value in the decreasing order was water retention, climate regulation, water regulation, tourism, providing food and raw materials, water supply, hydropower, maintaining biodiversity, the culture and education, shipping, fixing carbon and releasing oxygen, water purification, and soil conservation. The area of wetlands covered only 4.81% of the land area of Hunan province, but the economic value of wetland ecosystem services was 84.65×108yuan per hectare, which was 7.3 times higher than that of the annual gross domestic product per hectare of Hunan province in 2013.
