摘　　要：目的 了解医科类研究生的生涯规划现状.方法 以上海市某高校2015届全体医科类研究生为调查对象进行问卷调查.结果 大部分研究生对自己就业的优劣势等较为清楚,且普遍认同职业生涯规划的重要性,然而,多数研究生并未实际进行过职业生涯规划,且在医学各细分学科研究生之间差异具有统计学意义.多数研究生认为,应该在入学时开展职业生涯规划教育,首选的职业生涯规划教育方式是讲座,尤其是成功校友的讲座.在职业选择上,多数研究生首先考虑的是发展空间.结论 推进职业生涯规划需要加强研究生的自我认知、提早规划开展,并应该在医科细分专业间实现均衡发展.Objective A study to grasp the current status of medical graduates＇ career planning.Methods The paper conducted a survey on 2015 medical graduate students from an university of Shanghai.Results Most graduates were familiar with their own strengths and weaknesses,and recognized the importance of career planning,however,most of them did not have such planning and there were significant differences among medical professional subdivisions.Most graduates believed the school should carry out the career planning at their entry to the school,and lectures,especially the lectures of successful alumni were preferred way.Meanwhile,primary consideration of job was career development.Conclusions The survey found that the university should pay attention to graduates＇ self-awareness,carry out career planning earlier,and promote a balanced development of career planning in different medical professional subdivisions.
