摘  要:目的 了解云南省边疆少数民族地区医院管理人员现状和培训需求,为加强管理人员队伍建设、调整培训内容、提高培训效果提供科学依据.方法 举办云南省边疆少数民族地区医院管理基础课程培训班,培训后对学员进行问卷调查并整理分析.结果 医院管理人员学历层次不高,职业化管理的专业化程度不高,兼职现象普遍;认同率较高的培训内容为公立医院改革、医院等级评审、医院品牌建设、领导艺术、医患沟通策略.结论 改善医院管理人员的专业结构和学历层次,科学规范地开展管理培训,推进管理队伍职业化进程,有助于云南省边疆少数民族地区医院的可持续发展.Objective To understand the present situation and training needs of the hospital management in frontier minority areas in Yunnan Province,and provide a scientific basis for strengthening the staff teambuilding,adjusting the training content,improving the effectiveness of training.Methods The basic training courses of hospital management in frontier minority areas in Yunnan Province was held,posttraining evaluation forms were analyzed.Results The education level and professional management specialization degree of hospital management were lower,part-time phenomenon is common.The training contents with high approval rates were the reform of public hospitals,hospital grade appraisal,hospital brand building,leadership and communication skills.Conclusions To promote hospital management team professionalization process in frontier minority areas of Yunnan Province,it's necessary to improve hospital management personnel's professional structure and education level,holding an scientific and standardized management training classes,in order to promote the sustainable development of hospital.
