摘  要:目的:探讨不同剂量淫羊藿苷对重型颅脑损伤大鼠血清S100B蛋白和NSE含量的影响。方法:100只SD大鼠随机分为淫羊藿苷低剂量治疗组[30 mg/(kg·d)]、中剂量治疗组[60mg/(kg·d)]、高剂量治疗组[120mg/(kg·d)]、假手术组及模型组。各组分别在造模后第1、3、7、14天取血,测定血清S100B蛋白和NSE含量。结果:模型组与假手术组以及各治疗组与模型组同期比较,血清S100B蛋白和NSE含量均降低(P<0.05);高剂量治疗组与低剂量治疗组、高剂量组与中剂量组、中剂量组与低剂量组同期比较,血清S100B蛋白和NSE含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:淫羊藿苷对创伤性脑损伤大鼠有脑保护作用,其作用与淫羊藿苷剂量呈正相关,其机制与抑制S100B蛋白和NSE表达有关。Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of icariin(ICA) for traumatic brain injury (TBI) in rats serum myelin basic protein(S100B protein)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(NSE). Methods: 100 SD rats were randomly divided into the ICA low dose treatment group[30 mg/(kg·d)],middle dose treatment group [60 mg/(kg ·d)]and high dose treatment group[120 mg/(kg · d)],control group and model group. The contents of serum S100B protein and NSE were determined on day 1 , 3 , 7 and 14 after operation. Results:The results of model group compared with control over the same period, even each treatment group compared with model group at the same time, content of S100B protein and NSE was reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05); high dose treatment group compared with the same period lower dose treatment groups. high dose treatment group compared with the middle dose treatment groups, middle dose treatment group compared with the middle dose treat-ment groups,S100B protein and NSE content was reduced,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The ICA in traumatic brain injury in rats with cerebral protection,its effect is positively related with the ICA dose,its mechanism is related to the inhibition of S100B protein,NSE expression.
