摘　　要：在经济一体化、金融全球化的激烈竞争环境下,上市银行如何长期维持自身竞争优势,如何对银行业竞争力进行有效评价,从中探索发展方向格外重要。从基础资源、盈利能力、流动能力、风险管控能力、发展能力五个方面对我国上市银行进行竞争力评价,采用改进的理想解排序法对16家上市银行进行综合评价及竞争力排序,从而使各个银行可以发现其在同行业竞争中的优劣势,并提出改进的建议。In. the fierce competitive environment of economic integration, and financial globalization, listed banks to maintain, long-term competitive advantage and how to effectively evaluate the competitiveness of the banking industry, from exploration, direction, is particularly important. This ar-ticle from the resource base, earning ability, liquidity, risk control ability, development ability five aspects of China＇s listed banks of competitive-ness evaluation, the improved ideal solution, ranking method to 16 Listed Bank of comprehensive evaluation, and competitive sortings so that each bank can. find its advantages and disadvantages in. the competition, in. the same industry, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
