摘　　要：在以审判为中心的背景下,检察机关如何改进和完善实物证据的审查方式是亟待解决的问题。对实物证据合法性的审查虽然必不可少,但主要还是进行真实性或科学可靠性审查。公诉部门对审查起诉案件中涉及专门技术问题的实物证据需要进行审查的,可以送交检察技术人员或其他有专门知识的人审查。审查时要把《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法〉的解释》关于证据审查与认定的规定作为审查内容,把技术标准、技术规范和业内专家的通行做法作为审查依据。Under the background of the trial- centered criminal procedure,how can public prosecutors improve and refine the matters to review physical evidence？ It is presumably essential to review legality of the physical evidence,and it is more necessarily essential to review the originality and reliability in the individual physical evidence. The public prosecutions unit shall present such physical evidence to the procuratorial technical unit or their expertise for a technological review of such cases. Such technical review shall follow the guidance of evidence review and evidence affirmation regulated by the Interpretation on Implementation of People＇s Republic of China Criminal Procedure Law Supreme People＇s Court. Such technical review shall be in light of technical standards,technical specifications and common practices by industry experts. On this as far,technical issues underlying criminal evidences as physical evidence,audio- visual materials,electronic data,etc. are discussed in this paper.
