摘　　要：目的构建专科护士再认证的评价体系,为制定专科护士再认证的制度提供参考依据。方法根据文献查阅和专家访谈，拟定专科护士再认证的评价指标体系框架；通过Delphi法对23名专家进行问卷函询，运用EXCEL和SPSS软件和优序图法进行统计学处理、指标的筛选和指标权重的确定。结果专家的权威系数0.94，进过两轮专家函询，专家的函询结果趋于一致,最终得到专科护士再认证评价体系的一级指标4个、二级指标10个、三级指标27个和各指标的权重。结论专科护士再认证的开展非常有必要性，构建的评价体系可为制定专科护士再认证的制度提供科学的参考依据。Objective To construct the evaluation system of recertification for specialty nurses, and provide references for the recertification ＇system, of specialty nurses. Methods According to literature review and expert interview, the framework of evaluation index system for specialty nurses＇ recertification would be protocaled; Delphi method was used to conduct the questionnaire consultation among 23 experts; and EXCEL, SPSS software and precedence chart were used for the statistical processing, index selection and index weight determination.Results The authoritative coefficient of experts was 0.94, and after two rounds of expert consultation, the consultation results were in accordance. Finally the evaluation system included 4 primary indexes, 10 secondary indexes and 27 tertiary indexes and the weights of evaluation indexes.Conclusions The recertification of specialty nurses is very necessary, and the evaluation system constructed by the research results provides a scientific reference for the formulating of the recertification system.
