摘　　要：在介绍健康医疗大数据及其存在问题的基础上,就与糖尿病管理中健康医疗数据开放与集成有关的有效性使用、互操作性、开发框架以及安全伦理等几方面进行系统综述,表明个人健康医疗数据的开放与集成可以帮助患者更好地管理自己的健康档案,提高医疗护理质量。Based on the introduction of healthcare big data and its existing problems,the paper carries out systematic summary on the effective use,interoperability,development framework and safety ethnics related to the opening and integration of healthcare data in the diabetes management,and shows that the opening and integration of personal healthcare data can help the patients to better manage their own health records and improve the medical care quality.
