摘 要:论述了哈龙灭火剂的性质和现状,阐明了哈龙灭火剂在回收中存在的问题,提出了通过近红外光谱分析技术解决哈龙灭火剂回收过程中的快速取样及检定的新方法,设计并研制了适用于哈龙灭火剂的带压取样装置,用于哈龙灭火剂液态近红外光谱采集。通过化学计量学中的欧氏距离和相似度匹配理论,建立了哈龙灭火剂的快速检定评价模型,利用不同种类的灭火剂的近红外光谱图进行模型的验证,验证结果表明,近红外光谱分析技术能够用于哈龙灭火剂回收中的快速检定及有效性评价。The nature and present situation of halon fire extinguishing agents are introduced. The existing problems of halon in the recovery process is clarified. The new method of rapid sampling and verification in the recovery process of halon is proposed- The pressurized sampling device for halon fire extinguishing was designed and developed to collect the near infrared spectrum of liquid halon. According to the chemometrics Euclidean distance and similarity matching theory, rapid verification and evaluation model of halon was established. By comparison and verification of different kinds of fire extinguishing samples, the result demonstrated that near infrared spectra technology is an effective method for rapid verification and evaluation for halon extinguishing agent.
