急性脑出血患者院前急救护理程序模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的分析急性脑出血患者院前急救护理程序的应用效果。方法 102例急性脑出血患者作为本次的研究对象,将患者依照计算机随机分组方案分为常规组和实验组,每组51例。其中常规组患者采取一般急救护理程序,实验组患者采取改进的急救护理程序,对比两组患者的急救护理效果。结果实验组患者的死亡率为11.76%、致残率为43.14%,均明显低于常规组的29.41%、62.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者出诊到达时间及手术治疗时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者的急救介入时间为(15.86±6.58)min,待手术时间为(28.99±11.24)min,均明显短于常规组的(36.56±6.45)、(58.22±11.53)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑出血患者采取院前急救护理干预的临床价值显著,可明显降低患者致残率、死亡率,缩短急救介入时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze application effect by pre-hospital emergency nursing program for acute cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods A total of 102 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage as study subjects were divided by computer random allocation into conventional group and experimental group, with 51 cases in each group. The conventional group received normal emergency nursing program, and the experimental group received modified emergency nursing program. Emergency nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had mortality rate as 11.76% and disability rate as 43.14%, which were all much lower than 29.41% and 62.75% in the conventional group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of out-call arrival time and operation treatment time between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The experimental group had emergency intervention time as（15.86±6.58） min and operation waiting time as（28.99±11.24） min, which were all shorter than（36.56±6.45） and（58.22±11.53） min in the conventional group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention for acute cerebral hemorrhage patients contains remarkable clinical value. It can precisely reduce disability rate and mortality rate in patients, shorten emergency intervention time and decrease incidence of complications.
