摘　　要：机械通气技术是重症医学抢救危重患者的重要手段之一,随着技术的发展与应用,成功的救治了众多合并呼吸衰竭的重症患者。但是呼吸机依赖作为机械通气技术的并发症之一,仍是临床难以避免的问题。本文针对呼吸机依赖的相关原因进行分析,针对相关原因提出相应的处理方法 ,为临床降低呼吸机依赖发生率及出现呼吸机依赖患者的改善预后提供相关方法 。As one of the important measures for rescuing severe patients in critical medicine, mechanical ventilation with its development and application provides successful rescue for numerous severe patients with complicated respiratory failure. However, ventilator dependence is still an inevitable issue as one of complications in mechanical ventilation. This paper provided analysis of related causes for ventilator dependence and presented corresponding management measures, so as to provide related method for reducing incidence of ventilator dependence and improving prognosis in ventilator dependence patients.
