优质护理在消毒供应中心的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理在消毒供应中心的效果。方法本院2015年1~6月采取常规护理方法工作,2015年7~12月开展优质护理,随机各抽取40000件消毒灭菌物品进行检查,比较实施优质护理前后工作人员工作压力、医疗器械处理合格率、手术室及各科室满意率情况。结果工作人员优质护理实施后的工作压力评分(55.6±6.2)分显著低于实施前的(66.4±3.7)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.691,P<0.05)。优质护理实施后清洗、分类方面合格率显著高于实施前(χ~2=1942.407、1760.555,P<0.05),而包装、灭菌合格率较实施前差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.272、0.257,P>0.05)。优质护理实施后,病房、门诊等180名医院工作人员满意度(99.4%)较实施前(92.8%)显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=10.702,P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心实施优质护理效果显著,可提高工作人员工作效率和临床各科室满意率,建议推广使用。Objective To analyze effect by high quality nursing in disinfection supply center. Methods During January^June 2015, our hospital conducted conventional nursing, followed by high quality nursing during July^December 2015. A total of 40000 sterilization materials were randomly selected for examination. Comparison was made on staff pressure, qualified rate of medical equipment management, and satisfaction degree of operating room and other departments before and after implement of high qualitynursing. Results After high quality nursing, staff pressure score was much lower as（55.6±6.2） points than（66.4±3.7） points before, and the difference had statistical significance（t=6.691, P〈0.05）. After high quality nursing, qualified rates ofcleaning and classification were obviously higher than those before（χ~2=1942.407, 1760.555, P〈0.05）, while the difference inqualified rates ofpackaging and sterilization had no statistical significance（χ~2=2.272, 0.257, P〉0.05）. After high quality nursing, satisfaction degree by 180 medical staff in ward and outpatient department（99.4%）was much higher than that before implement of high quality nursing（92.8%）, and the difference had statistical significance（χ~2=10.702, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of high quality nursing in disinfection supply center shows excellent effect. This method can improve work efficiency and satisfaction degree in clinical departments, and it is recommended for promotion and application.
