摘  要:目的以慢性毒性试验研究人参对Wistar大鼠血液学指标的影响。方法 80只健康清洁级Wistar大鼠,选取人参粉末作为受试物,设0、5.0、6.5、8.0 g/kg BW 4个剂量组,每组20只大鼠,雌雄各半,在试验末期(181 d)分别检测大鼠血液学指标。结果试验末期(181 d)大鼠细胞学指标检测结果显示,5.0、6.5、8.0 g/kg BW剂量组试验大鼠血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)计数及淋巴细胞(LYMP)、单核细胞(MONO)、嗜中性细胞(NEUT)、嗜酸性细胞(EO)、嗜碱性细胞(BASO)百分比与0 g/kg BW剂量组试验大鼠比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在180 d慢性毒性试验中,食用人参未对大鼠血液学指标产生明显影响。Objective To research influence by ginseng on hematological index in wistar rat through chronic toxicity test. Methods A total of 80 healthy and clean wistar rats, with ginseng powder as test substances, were divided into 4 dosage groups as 0, 5.0, 6.5 and 8.0 g/kg BW, with 20 rats in each group and half male and half female. Hematological indexes of rats were detected at the end of experiment(181 d). Results Hematological indexes detection at the end of experiment(181 d) showed no statistically significant differences of hemoglobin(Hb), red blood cell(RBC), white blood cell(WBC) counts, lymphocyte(LYMP), monocyte(MONO), neutrophil(NEUT), eosinophil(EO) and basophil(BASO) proportion between 5.0, 6.5, 8.0 g/kg BW groups and 0 g/kg BW group(P〉0.05). Conclusion Administration of ginseng powder shows obvious influence on hematological index in rat during 180 d of chronic toxicity test.
