疼痛护理联合心理护理对宫颈癌患者围手术期睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析疼痛护理联合心理护理对宫颈癌患者围手术期睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2014年10月至2016年7月收治的84例宫颈癌患者临床资料,将其分为对照组(42例)、观察组(42例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予疼痛结合心理护理,观察比较两组心理状态及睡眠质量。结果护理后两组SAS、SDS评分均较护理前下降,且对照组下降幅度小于观察组(P<0.05);其睡眠质量、睡眠时间、日间功能、睡眠效率评分也低于较观察组(P<0.05)。结论对围手术期宫颈癌患者实行疼痛联合心理护理干预能有效缓解患者不良情绪,提高睡眠质量。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological care joint the pain nursing on perioperative sleep quality in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 84 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the hospital during October 2014 and July 2016 were divided into control group（ 42 cases） and the study group（ 42 cases）,the control group was given the conventional care and the study group given pain nursing combined with psychological care,then observed the mental state and sleep quality of two groups. Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two group were decreased,and the decline degree of control group was less than the study group（ P〈0. 05）. The sleep quality,sleep duration,daytime function,sleep efficiency scores of control group was lower than study group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Pain care joint psychological nursing intervention could effectively relieve patient bad mood,improve sleep quality for perioperative patients with cervical cancer.
