“老十针”治疗脾虚湿蕴型瘾疹(慢性荨麻疹)的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察"老十针"治疗脾虚湿蕴型瘾疹(慢性荨麻疹)的临床疗效。方法将80例脾虚湿蕴型瘾疹患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组采用"老十针"配合口服多皮饮治疗;对照组单纯口服多皮饮治疗,疗程均为4周。观察脾虚湿蕴型瘾疹患者皮损表现及瘙痒症状等指标。结果治疗4周后,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组在风团大小、瘙痒症状的改善方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 "老十针"联合多皮饮治疗脾虚湿蕴型瘾疹的临床疗效优于单纯口服多皮饮治疗,其优势主要体现在风团大小及瘙痒症状的改善上。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture ＂the old 10-needles＂ for spleen deficiency wefness type urticaria. Methods Eighty patients suffering from spleen deficiency wefness type urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given acupuncture ＂the old 10-needles＂ and Duopisoup. The control group was given Duopisoup only. The duration of treatment lasted 4 weeks. Patients in the both groups were measured by the score sheet of skin lesions and itching symptom. Results After the treatment, the clinical curative effects（P〈0.05） and the improvement in wheal size and itching symptom（P〈0.01） of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture ＂the old 10-needles＂ combined with Duopisoup may achieve better efficacy on spleen deficiency wefness type urticaria than Duopisoup only, especially in the improvement in wheal size and itching symptom.
