摘  要:为了研究夏热冬暖区域既有居住建筑节能改造情况,通过分析国内外建筑节能改造经验,结合厦门市夏热冬暖地域地理环境特点,基于能耗模拟分析软件,建立模拟图形模拟分析厦门市一栋经节能改造的既有建筑室内热环境和光环境,进行节能改造前与改造后的能耗情况对比分析。研究表明,对既有居住建筑采用加设遮阳构件和提高玻璃物理属性的办法,能够较好地达到节能改造目的。提出相关建议,以便给予同类型建筑节能改造提供相关数据参考,有利于进行节能改造设计优化。To study the energy-saving problem of existing residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone,through analyzing building energy-saving experience at home and abroad,combined with Xiamen geographical characteristics and based on energy simulation software,this study simulates and analyzes indoor thermal environment and light environment of the existing building in Xiamen to compare energy consumption after reconstruction. Result show that using sunshade component and improving the physical properties of glass can achieve better energy-saving purposes for existing residential buildings. This paper also gives some advices and suggestions to provide reference data for the same type of energy-saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings and to optimize energy reconstruction design.
