基于“三个面向”的工程管理专业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：由于全国各地开设工程管理专业的本科高校众多,培养方案差异大,尤其是教学过程重理论,轻实践,导致人才培养的质量差异大,难评价,社会适应性不佳。基于"面向工业界、面向世界、面向未来"的卓越工程管理人才培养概念,将"三个面向"导入工程管理专业人才培养过程,构建培养过程的三维结构模型,提出了卓越工程管理人才创新培养模式的改革思路。Many colleges and universities in China establish engineering management major nowadays. However,engineering management professional education has gone with many problems as follows：Training scheme has large difference between the colleges and universities,teaching process overemphasizes theory knowledge while neglects engineering practice,which lead to differences in professional training quality,difficulty of evaluate education quality, and poor social adaptability. In this paper,the concept of excellent engineering management professional training has been put forward based on ＂ Facing the industry,the world and the future＂,and the ＂three facing＂ have been embedded in engineering management professional talent training process. Second,three-dimensional structure model of the talent training process was established,and reform ideas for the excellent engineering management innovation talents training mode were put forward.
