摘　　要：目的评价中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的有效性。方法通过检索近15年发表的中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床文献,按照纳入排除标准进行筛选,对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入临床文献9篇,2篇为高质量文献,其余均为低质量文献。Meta分析显示,中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎在止泻时间及总有效率方面均优于对照组。结论中药敷脐治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效确切,但尚需更多高质量文献进一步验证。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pasting Chinese herbal medicine on the umbilicus for the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children. Methods Clinical research literatures about pasting Chinese herbal medicine on the umbilicus for the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children published during the past 15 years were retrieved,then they were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and given Meta-analysis. Results 9 studies were included,2 studies were high quality, and others were low quality. The Meta-analysis showed that in terms of anti-diarrheal time and the total effectiveness,pasting Chinese herbal medicine on the umbilicus for the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Pasting Chinese herbal medicine on the umbilicus has certain effectiveness for the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children. However,higher quality clinical studies are needed to confirm its curative effect.
