新环境下公共图书馆政府信息服务发展路径探析——以美国公共图书馆为例

摘　　要：公共图书馆的政府信息服务面临着数字化趋势显著增强、传播渠道更加多元、公众信息行为更加多变、开放政府快速发展的新环境。美国公共图书馆在政府信息导航、政府信息咨询、电子政务、政府信息素养培训、推动开放政府发展等方面的实践值得我们借鉴与效仿。提升图书馆服务效果、提高政府信息导航和咨询服务针对性、重点拓展公众政府信息素养培训、参与开放政府建设、开展政府信息服务人才培养是我国公共图书馆政府信息服务的发展路径。The government information services in public libraries are facing the new information environment. From the views of government information navigation service, government information reference service, E-Government ser- vice, government information literacy training and promoting open government development, this paper analyzes the American public libraries＇ experiences in government information services. Some suggestions are put forward concerning the development of public government information services in China＇s public libraries.
