信息系统在手术室管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一体化信息管理系统在手术室整体管理的作用。方法医院手术麻醉科建立了一套具有手术护理专业特色的一体化信息管理系统,该手术室信息化管理系统包括手术职能排班系统、麻醉信息系统、无菌物品管理及追溯系统这3个子系统,不但能实现手术申请、控制权限、术前访视、护理信息的录入,还能有效管理无菌物品。结果利用该系统可迅速查找无菌器械,方便临时调配,并可追溯供应室发放的每包无菌物品相关的信息,使各种统计工作变得简单易行。结论应用手术室信息管理系统不但提高器械使用效率,缩短了手术时间,还节省了大量的人力,提高了工作效率,值得推广。Objective to discuss about the impact of integrated information management system of the operating room overall management. Methods Department of surgical anesthesia in the first hospital affiliated to the third military medical university established a set of integrated information management system with the characteristic of surgery nursing,which includes functions of scheduling system,anesthesia information system,aseptic goods management and traceability system. It is not only complete the function of operation application,rights control,preoperative visit,nursing information entry,but also can effective manage sterile items. Results with using the system,it can quickly find the sterile equipment and be convenient to temporary allocate and trace the information of each sterile item which was issued by supply room,and make the data statistics easiser. Conclusion Application of the operating room management information system is not only improve the equipment service efficiency and shorten the operation time,but also save a large amount of manpower. Because of its efficiency,it is worth to promote.
