摘 要:为了研究铁路站房中收缩开裂问题较大的外墙收缩问题,通过施工现场使用的轻质、环保蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体的长期收缩试验,对4片墙体的横向收缩、竖向收缩、墙顶沉缩及构造柱边界收缩变形进行了长期监测观察,并讨论了不同砂浆、保温饰面、施工工艺和边界约束等对砌体墙各处收缩的影响。研究结果表明:与自拌砂浆所砌墙体相比,采用改进自拌砂浆砌筑墙体其收缩变形小,抗收缩能力强;有饰面墙体的收缩明显低于无饰面墙体,而灰缝抹压后其黏接和抗收缩能力均有较大提高;当边界由柔性变成刚性,其变形能力降低,更容易出现开裂。The autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are widely used in the wall construction of railway stations. The associated problem of shrinkage becomes increasingly severe. In this paper, a long-term site experiment of 4 walls constructed with the autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is performed to investigate the shrinkage development at different locations. The influence of the mortar type, the insulation facing, construction craftsmanship and the boundary restraints on the wall shrinkage are also discussed. The experimental results show that the shrinkage level of the wall constructed with the modified mortar is lower than that with the traditional mortar. The shrinkage level of the wall with plastering is lower than the wall without plastering, and the bonding of mortar joint improved after troweling. The deformation capacity of wall reduces when the boundary constraints change from being rigid to flexible and the wall is prone to crack.
