摘  要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导和监视下射频消融治疗甲状腺良性结节的临床价值。方法回顾性分析本院2013年3月至2014年3月采用彩色多普勒超声引导和监视下射频消融治疗42例92枚甲状腺结节患者的临床资料,所有结节经穿刺病理诊断为良性,术前均记录结节回声、边缘、边界、血流特征,术后3个月、6个月、12个月彩色多普勒超声复查。结果 42例患者92枚甲状腺结节都成功消融,无严重并发症发生。术后彩色多普勒超声复查,结节较术前均有不同程度缩小或消失(P<0.05)。结论该术式在多个方面优于传统手术方法,治疗效果确切、手术创伤小、美容效果好,值得临床应用推广;彩色多普勒超声术中实时引导及监视是消融成功的关键。Objective To explore the value of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of thyroid benign nodule under the guidance and monitoring of color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) .Methods The clinical data of 42 patients (hospitalized in our hospital during March 2013 and March 2014) with 92 thyroid nodules except for carcinoma treated by radiofrequency ablation guided and monitored under CDFI was analyzed retrospectively. The characteristic of the nodules including echo, edge, boundary and blood flow were recorded. All cases followed-up with CDFI for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months postoperatively.Results 92 thyroid nodules have been ablated successfully. There were no severe operative complications in this group. During follow-up by CDFI most of the nodules were differently decreased in volume of the nodule. Some nodules disappeared after radiofrequency ablation (P〈0.05). Conclusions The radiofrequency ablation under the guiding and monitoring of Color Doppler Ultrasonic may be a superior method for patients with thyroid nodule. It can obtain exact efficacy and minimal invasive and better cosmetic effects. Real-time guidance and monitoring of CDFI play an important role in the successful ablation of thyroid nodules.
