摘 要:针对水冷式永磁中频同步发电机散热问题,采用计算流体力学方法,建立温度场计算的数学和物理模型,仿真计算稳态运行时发电机温度场分布情况,主要研究不同水套结构和不同水流速度对发电机散热的影响,对比分析仿真计算结果,对冷却结构进行优选。结果表明:发电机在额定工况下稳态运行时内部最高温度为383 k,最低为335 k,使用冷却水套后,发电机内部温度下降最高达到30℃;水流在10 m/s左右时发电机内部冷却散热效果最好;采用螺旋管式冷却方式能够使发电机取得更好的冷却散热效果。Aiming at the heat dissipation problem of water-cooled permanent magnet synchronous generator,of which the temperature field were calculated and researched by using the Computational Fluid Dynamics,the temperature distribution difference of water jacket styles and water speed were simulated and analyzed,according to simulation results,the cooling structure of generator was optimized. The results show that: Under the steady-state operation at rated conditions,the maximum internal temperature of 383 k,a minimum of 335 k,after the use of cooling water jacket,internal temperature drops of up to 30 ℃; Cooling effect was best when the water inside the generator at 10 m / s; The use of spiral cooling approach can achieve better cooling effect.
