摘 要:综述了当前常见的光合速率对光响应模型的研究进展和存在的问题,在此基础上对比了这些模型的适用范围并探讨其未来发展趋势,结果表明:早期提出的直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型和指数模型对最大净光合速率和光饱和点的估计均存在偏高的现象,且由于模型本身限制无法拟合光抑制现象,随后陆续提出的修正直角双曲线模型、分段函数模型和修正指数模型则很好的解决了这个问题。通过对比各个模型在不同数据中的适用性发现,非直角双曲线模型和修正直角双曲线模型对不同类型数据的拟合效果优于其他模型,但非直角双曲线模型随着数据类型的变化产生了较大波动,而修正直角双曲线模型针对不同类型数据的拟合结果比非直角双曲线模型更稳定,因此修正直角双曲线模型可以作为拟合各类光合光响应曲线的优选模型。本文根据当前林业领域对树木生理的关注度提出光合光响应曲线的未来发展趋势将逐渐从单叶水平扩展到单木水平甚至林分水平。the paper overviewed the research progress and existing problems of current photosynthesis-light response models,then on the basis of that,compared the suitable application range of these models and discussed their trend of development in future,results showed that the early applied models as rectangle hyperbola model,nonrectangle hyperbola model and exponential model were had a shortcoming that over predicted the maximum net photosynthetic rate and light saturation point and can't simulate the inhibition behavior. Subsequently applied models as modified rectangle hyperbola model,subsection model,and modified exponential model solved the problem well. The comparison results of goodness-of-fit among different models showed that the nonrectangle hyperbola model and modified rectangle hyperbola model represented better goodness-of-fit in different types of data than other models,however,the stabilization of modified rectangle hyperbola model was better than nonrectangle hyperbola model,therefore modified rectangle hyperbola model could be the optimal fitting model for each type of data.In summary,the future development trend of photosynthesis-light response models will extend from leaf level to tree level even to stand level based on the more and more attention on tree physiology.
