摘　　要：介绍了新桥水库概况及水毁情况,通过对调洪方案的分析比对,制定了水库泄流方案,对溢流坝的结构设计、消能设计及坝下排渗系统设计做出了具体规划,从而对其他类似工程设计提供数据和设计经验。The general situation of Xinqiao Reservoir and water destroying is introduced, the reservoir discharge plan is worked out according to the analysis of flood regulation scheme. The design of structure, energy dissipation and drainage system under the dam of this overflow dam was planned in details, it provides a data and design experience for other similar project design.
