摘　　要：目的评价丹红注射液联合常规西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法收集我院2014年12月~2016年5月符合纳入标准的冠心病患者72例,随机分为研究组40例与对照组32例。研究组在常规西药基础上联用丹红注射液,对照组仅给予常规西药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果,观察患者治疗前后的症状缓解时间、住院时间、住院费用、血脂变化、临床症状和心电图改善情况。结果与对照组比较,研究组可以明显缩短住院时间（P〈0.05）,降低治疗总费用（P〈0.01）;更加有效地降低血清总胆固醇（TC）水平（P〈0.01）,改善患者临床症状（P〈0.05）和心电图表现（P〈0.05）。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上联用丹红注射液可以提高疗效,使患者受益,值得临床进一步推广和深入研究。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease who were eligible for inclusion criteria from December 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into the study group of 40 patients and the control group of 32 patients. The study group was given Danhong injection on the basis of conventional western medicine, and the control group was only given conventional western medicine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The symptom remission time, length of stay, hospital costs, changes in blood lipids, clinical symptoms and ECG improvement were mainly observed in the patients before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the length of stay was shortened in the study group（P〈0.05） and the total cost of treatment was reduced（P〈0.01）; the TC level was effectively reduced（P〈0.01）, and patients＇ clinical symptoms（P〈0.05） and ECG results（P〈0.05） were improved. Conclusion Danhong injection combined with traditional western medicine can improve clinical efficacy,and benefit the patients, which is worthy of further clinical popularization and in-depth study.
