摘 要:我国以东南沿海为重心发展与东南亚等原海上丝绸之路沿线国家关系,不可忽视清真饮食标记利用与保护问题。清真饮食文化经过符号化、标志化的过程,其标记现已发展成为了一笔独特的文化遗产。我国存在把清真饮食文化标记仅利用为一种行政管理工具,却忽视它文化遗产属性、应予保护的问题,给文化传承与交流带来了不利影响。因此,应建立传统文化标志保护制度,为文化"海丝"新航程保驾护航。China is strengthening relations with countries in Southeast Asia as well as countries along the ancient Maritime Silk Road. During this period, the application and protection of Muslim food culture symbols is an important issue that should not be neglected. Muslim food culture symbols, having gone through the stages of symbolization and identification, are now a unique cultural heritage. Though used as a kind of administration tool in China, Muslim food culture symbols' cultural heritage nature has not been well recognized and protected, which has influenced its cultural inheritance and exchange. Therefore, a traditional cultural symbols protection system should be established to facilitate the cultural progress of the new Maritime Silk Road.
