摘　　要：文章结合机械类专业本科应用技术型人才培养的需求,阐释了基于"3+1"人才培养模式的企业实践教学的内涵,介绍了企业实践教学的教学环节及要求,并就实施过程中存在的问题和具体解决的方法进行了探讨,对实施的良好成效进行了总结。This paper expounds the connotation of enterprise practical teaching based on the ＂3 ＋ 1＂ talent cultivation mode,and introduces the teaching link and requirements of enterprise practical teaching,and points out the problems existing in the process of the application of the technology specialty in mechanical specialty.Problems and specific solutions are discussed,the implementation of the good results were summarized.
