摘　　要：随着社会的发展、大数据时代的到来和医疗卫生事业的发展,统计工作为医院考核、规划和发展提供数字支持和科学依据,越来越成为当今医院管理发展的重要部分,统计工作的质量将直接影响到医院管理水平的提高与发展。分析大数据时代背景下和医院信息化条件下医院统计工作变化的特点,剖析了医院统计工作面临的机遇和挑战,探讨了医院统计工作新模式。With the development of the society, the advent of the era of big data, and the development of medical and health undertakings, the statistical work for hospital inspection, digital support and scientific basis for planning and development, become increasingly important for hospital management. The quality of the statistical work will directly affect the improvement of hospital management and development. This paper analyzes the characteristics of hospital statistical and informatinization work changes under the big data era background, opportunities and challenges facing the hospital statistics, the new mode of statistics in hospital were discussed.
