摘　　要：在医疗卫生领域,相关指标数量众多、标准不一,难以规范管理。为解决这一关键问题,本文在对指标名称进行语义分析的基础上,创造性地提出了一种含义清晰、口径明确、结构灵活的医疗卫生指标编码体系,并给出具体的编码方案。该编码方案既可以实现指标在框架中的快速定位,又可以实现指标间的对比分析,使医疗卫生指标的组织更具条理性。实践验证,该编码方案作为医疗卫生指标梳理的结构性框架,具有明显的指导意义。In the health care field, the relevant health indicators are numerous, disunity in the standards, and difficult to manage regularly. To solve this key problem, an innovative coding system with specific coding scheme of health indicators is established based on the semantic analysis of the name of these indicators. The coding system is characterized by the accuracy meaning, clear definition, and flexible expansion. With the coding scheme, not only the indicators could be rapidly located from the framework, but also they may be compared and analyzed. As an architectural framework for indicator classification, this cOding system has a clear implication for arran.qinq of health indicators based on evidence-based oractices.
