摘　　要：目的高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)6个月后,对HIV感染者血浆及精浆中的HIV RNA水平进行比较研究,对外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)及精液细胞中的HIV DNA水平进行比较研究。方法收集HAART 6个月后血液中HIV RNA下降到检测不出的16例患者的精液和血液样本,采用实时定量PCR的方法检测其血浆及精浆中的HIV RNA水平,PBMC及精液细胞中的HIV DNA水平。结果 16例患者的精浆中有15例可检测到HIV RNA,在PBMC及精液细胞中均可检测到HIV DNA,且二者HIV DNA水平差异无统计学意义。结论 HAART 6个月后,大多数患者精液中仍可检测到HIV RNA及HIV DNA。Objective After highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART） 6 months, a comparative study of HIV RNA levels in plasma and seminal plasma of HIV patients was made. Also a comparative study of HIV DNA levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMC） and seminal plasma of HIV patients was made. Methods HAART 6 months after HIV in blood RNA decreased to undetectable in 16 patients of semen and blood samples were detected by real-time quantitative PCR in plasma and seminal plasma HIV levels of RNA, PBMC and DNA levels in sperm cell HIV. Results HIV RNA was detected in 15 cases of seminal plasma in 16 patients, and HIV DNA was detected in PBMC and sperm cells, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions HIV RNA and HIV DNA could be detected in most of the patients after 6 months of HAART.
