摘　　要：香港东区尤德夫人那打素医院(简称东区医院)为香港东联网的龙头医院。东区医院的消毒供应中心实行手-供一体化管理的模式,使供应室的无菌室真正成为手术室的后花园,手术器械包存放在供应室无菌室,每天定点配送器械包,三个班次的常规性交班制度,保证手术器械的正常供应;人性化的管理方式,多种措施保障员工自身健康,全面取消棉布材料,采用无纺布材料包装手术器械,避免棉絮纤维对人体的损害;严格的人员培训和上岗制度保证工作质量的同质化;完善的信息系统为质量放行保障护航;人性化的工作氛围,严谨的工作态度,给内地供应室护理管理者以启迪。Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital in Hong Kong（Eastern Hospital） is a leading hospital in the Hong Kong East Cluster. The central sterile supply department of Eastern Hospital implements an integrated management model for the supply room and operating room so that surgical equipment package stored could be stored in the sterile room of the supply room. Daily regular delivery of equipment package and three shifts system ensure the normal supply of surgical instruments. User-friendly management and a variety of measures are taken to protect employees＇ health. The complete elimination of cotton material and packaging surgical instruments with non-woven fabrics could avoid the damage of cotton fiber on the human body. Strict personnel training and induction system ensure the homogeneity of work quality. Qualified information system guarantees the quality. Humanized work atmosphere and rigorous work attitude provide enlightenment to the nursing administrators of mainland supply room.
