摘　　要：中国的中医体质学在过去的数十年里获得了长足的发展,但对于适用于儿童中医体质分类辨识的标准仍没有统一的规范;且现有的研究常常忽视了地域、气候、饮食等因素对儿童体质的影响。基于此,本文概述了中国中医体质学、目前中国儿童中医体质分类辨识的研究现状,并参照当前国家政策形势,结合自身对儿童体质研究的体会,从而提出对策,建议在特定地域内尝试探索认同度较高的儿童中医体质分类辨识方法,再进一步探索体质辨识指导下的体质调理。The TCM theory over body constitution has been greatly developed in the past several decades. However, the body constitution for children still lacks a standard classification. Available studies often ignored the impacts of the factors, such as region, climate and diet, on the body constitution of children. Given this situation, the present review focused on the research progress on the discipline of TCM body constitution and its classification and differentiation in Chinese children, and put forward the development on this issue based on current state policy and our own research experience. It was suggested that scholars develop a well-recognized classification method for the TCM body constitution for children in a particular region before investigating interventions according to TCM body constitution.
