摘　　要：介绍了LNG用超低温顶装式球阀的工况条件、使用要求及相关产品标准的规定。分析了超低温顶装式球阀结构设计、零件选材、加工制造、检验试验及产品样机的研制过程。提供了LNG项目超低温球阀的国产化,以及阀门制造企业在超低温顶装式球阀设计、产品制造方面经验。Introduces the working conditions, operation requirements, provisions of relevant product standards for cryogenic top mounted ball valves for LNG; analyses the structure design, material selection, processing and manufacturing, inspection and test, and the prototype developing processes, provides meaningful reference for localization of LNG cryogenic ball valve, and a wealth of experience of the product design,manufacturing of valve manufactures.
