摘  要:目的术中实时超声技术应用于颅内小病灶,探讨超声在显微手术的应用价值。方法在显微手术切除颅内小病灶中,在切硬膜、脑表面及手术后三次实时使用超声,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察患者的病灶切除率及预后。结果本组患者在超声引导下显微手术切除病灶61例,术中超声定位清楚,病灶切除完整,治疗效果良好。结论超声引导下显微手术对切除颅内小病灶定位精确,规范使用超声能够减少创伤、有效避免损伤神经血管,改善预后。Objective To assess the value of real--time intraoperative ultrasound in the mi- crosurgery of intracranial lesions. Methods The clinical data of 61 patients with intracranial le- sions were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were analyzed by using ultrasound in three times,respectively. Results Guiding with ultrasound 61 cases were treated with microsurgery. The ultrasonic location was clear. The resection was complete and the treatment effect was good. Conclusion Unltrasound guided microsurgery is accurate and precise for the removal of intracra- nial lesions,which can reduce the trauma,avoid damage and improve prognosis.
