双重滤过血浆净化治疗系统性红斑狼疮的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨双重滤过血浆净化护理措施在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2010年6月～2015年6月我院收治的44例系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究对象，并随机等分为对照组和观察组，观察组使用双重滤过血浆净化；对照组使用临床常规方式进行治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：两组治疗后观察组IgA、IgG以及IgM水平相比于对照组降低更加明显，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。白蛋白、c3以及C4水平相比于对照组增加更加明显，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组治疗效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：双重滤过血浆净化能够有效改善系统性红斑狼疮患者体内的血清指标水平以及生活质量水平。Objective ：To explore the effect of double filtration plasma purification nursing on patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods：A total of 44 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the observation group, double filtration plasma purification was used. In the control group, clinical routine treatment was used. Treat- ment effects of the two groups were observed. Results ： After the treatment, the lgA, IgG and lgM levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of albumin, C3, and C4 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Double filtration plasma purification can effectively improve serum levels and quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythe- matosus.
