院前急救护士职业压力调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解云南省急救中心从事院前急救护理工作护士的职业压力情况,找到主要压力来源并探讨其中原因及解决方法,从而更好地促进护士身心健康,提高护理服务质量,为管理者提供解决问题有效依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表和中国护士压力源量表,通过随机问卷调查方法对云南省急救中心院前急救护士进行问卷调查收集资料并分析。结果:50名调查对象均存在不同程度的压力,其中处于中重度压力的44名(88%),压力主要来自护理专业及工作方面、时间分配及工作量方面以及家庭方面。结论:院前急救护士的压力普遍偏大,应该引起足够重视,只有关心护士、爱护护士,切实通过各方面努力减轻护士的工作压力,才能使院前护士身心健康的投入工作,提高护理服务质量。Objective ： To investigate the occupational stress of nurses working in pre - hospital emergency care in Yunnan Emergency Center and to find the main sources of stress and explore the causes and solutions, so as to better promote the health of nurses, improve the quality of nursing services and provide effective solutions for managers. Methods：By using General Information Questionnaire and Chinese Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire, data were collected through the random questionnaire researches of nurses for pre -hospital emergency nursing in Yunnan Emergency Center and analyzed later. Results：All of the 50 surveyed nurses had varying degrees of stress, includihg 44 （88%） under moderate and severe stress. The stress was mainly from the nursing profes- sion, work, time allocation, workload and the family. Conclusion ： The pressure of pre - hospital emergency nurses is generally too large. It is necessary to pay enough attention to them. By caring for the nurses and reducing their work pressure through efforts from all aspects can let the pre - hospital emergency nurses dive into the work with physical and mental health, thus improving the quality of nursing care.
