医护一体化对老年基底细胞癌患者治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨医护一体化在老年基底细胞癌患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2012年1月～2015年1月收治的老年基底细胞癌患者97例，随机分为对照组和试验组：试验组采用医护一体化诊疗模式，由医疗组和护理组共同讨论井制定具体的治疗和护理措施，医护共同查房，遇到问题由医护共同讨论决定；对照组采取传统的诊疗模式，医疗和护理组按照常规诊疗计划进行。比较两组患者的手术并发症、患者满意度、平均住院日等指标。结果：两组患者均顺利完成手术并康复出院，试验组患者手术并发症发生率、平均住院日少于对照组（p〈O．05），患者满意度明显高于对照组。结论：医护一体化有利于老年患者基底细胞癌的快速康复。Objective：To explore the effect of medical and nursing integration in the elderly patients with basal cell carcinoma, Methods：A total of 97 cases of elderly patients with basal cell carcinoma admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and expeiq- mental group. The experimental group was treated by the medical and nursing integration method. The specific treatments and care measures were developed by the medical group and the nursing group. Doctors and nurses checked the wards together and discussed the problems togethel-, The control group was treated with the traditional mode of diagnosis and treatment and the treatment and nursing were conducted in accordance with routine treatment plan. The operative complications, patient satisfaction and average length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results t The two groups of patients were suc- cessfully completed the operation and discharged from the hospital. The incidence of complications and the average length of hospital stay of the experimental group were less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, The patients＇ satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion., The integration of medical care and nursing is beneficial to the quick rehabilitation of the elderly patients with basal call carcinoma.
