摘　　要：目的:探讨制定三年制高职护理培养目标的内容和方法。方法:通过质性研究的现象学研究方法,对护理专家采用半结构式面谈,遵循Colaizzi七步法分析资料,从知识、能力、素质3个方面制定出三年制高职护理培养目标。结果:提炼归纳出了高职护理总的培训目标框架。结论:制定三年制高职护理培养目标,可指导课程设置,为教学活动提供依据,对高职护理教育的可持续发展具有重大的现实意义。Objective： To discuss and work out the content and method of three - year higher vocational nursing training goal. Methods ：Through the phenom- enological method of qualitative research, semistructured clinical interview was conducted to the nursing specialists, and following Colaizzi seven - step a- nalysls data, three year higher vocational nursing training goal was worked out from three aspects including knowledge, capability and quality. Results ： General framework of higher vocatfottal nursing training goal was summed up. Conclusion ： The establishment of three - year higher vocational nursing training goal could guide course offering and provide basis for teaching activities, and it was of great practical significance to the sustainable development of higher vocational nursing education.
