预见性护理在降低老年乳腺癌患者PICC置管后导管相关并发症中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨预见性护理在降低老年乳腺癌患者PICC置管后导管相关并发症的效果。方法：将本医院2014午6月～2015年12月收治的老年乳腺癌化疗患者94例随机等分为观察组与对照组，对照组实施常规护理干预：观察组采用预见性护理干预，比较两组患者PICC置管后并发症情况及心理负面情绪状况。结果：观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组患者的SAS及SDS状况均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：预见性护理在老年乳腺癌PICC置管化疗期间可有效降低并发症的发生率，并提升患者的心理状况。Objective ：To discuss the effect of predictive nursing on reducing the catheter - related complications of elderly patients with breast cancer after PICC surgery. Methods：The 94 elderly patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted by the hospital in the period June 2014 to December 2015 were grouped into observation group and control group equally at random, in which, routing nursing intervention was carried out in the control group and predictive nursing intervention in the observation group, and the two groups were compm-ed in complication conditions and psychological negative emo- tion conditions after PICC surgery. Results ： The complication incidence rate of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the SAS and SDS conditions of observation group were obviously higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Predictive nursing could ef- fectively reduce the complication incidence rate of elderly patients with breast cancer during the period of PICC chemotherapy and improve the psychologic status of patients.
