老年患者经桡动脉抽取动脉血气标本方法的探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨桡动脉抽取动脉血气标本的一种新方法。方法:将需要抽取动脉血气的老年患者106例随机等分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规方法采集桡动脉血气标本,观察组采用背伸手掌、绷紧手腕新方法采集桡动脉血气标本。比较两组患者的采血成功率、患者感觉疼痛率、皮肤淤青发生率。结果:观察组患者的采血成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),患者感觉疼痛率、皮肤淤青发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使患者绷紧手腕、背伸手掌,在此条件下完成动脉血气标本的抽取操作,能明显提高采血成功率,减轻患者的痛苦,并且能明显降低皮肤淤青发生率,该方法简单、实用、方便,是经桡动脉抽取动脉血气标本一种较好的方法。Objective：To explore a new method of extracting arterial blood gas from radial artery. Methods：A total of 106 elderly patients with arterial blood gas were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Radial artery blood gas samples were collected by conventional method in the control group. Radial arterial blood gas samples were collected by new methods such as dorsiflexion palms and tighten of the wrists. The success rate of blood col- lection, the rate of feeling pain and the incidence of bruising were compared between the two groups. Results ： The success rate of blood collection in the ob- servation group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The incidence of pain and skin bruising in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It is a simple method to reduce the incidence of bruising due to the tightening of the wrist and the palmar of the hands. In this condition, the extraction of arterial blood gas samples can significantly improve the success rate of blood collection and reduce the pain of pa- tients. It is practical and convenient and it is good method to collect the arterial blood samples.
