一次性硅胶管在绝经后取环术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究绝经妇女取环术中应用一次性硅胶管扩张宫颈的效果。方法:分析135例绝经后妇女取环的病历资料,将其分为两组,A组75例,B组60例。A组取环前6小时宫颈管放置一次性硅胶管扩张宫颈,B组不采用任何预处理方法常规取环。对两组妇女宫颈软化扩张情况、术中疼痛、人流综合征发生率、取器时间、一次性取环率等情况进行比较。结果:A组患者宫颈软化程度明显高于B组,术中疼痛程度明显低于B组,取环时间显著缩短(P<0.01),人流综合征发生率低,一次取出成功率高。结论:一次性硅胶管有效软化扩张宫颈,减轻患者的痛苦,缩短取环时间,减少二次手术的创伤,值得临床推广。Objective： To study the effect of applying disposable silicon tube in cervical dilation during the IUD removal procedure for post-menopausal women. Method： An analysis was carried out on the medical records of 135 IUD removal procedures for post-menopausal women. The cases were divided into two groups,76 in Group A and 60 in Group B. For Group A,a disposable silicon tube was placed in the subjects＇ cervical canals to dilate their cervixes 6 hours prior to the IUD removal procedure,while for Group B,conventional IUD removal procedure was performed without any preliminary management. Comparison was made between the two groups of women in cervical softening and dilation,intraprocedural pain,incidence rate of induced abortion syndrome,length of time for the procedure,and successful rate of one-time retrieval. Result： Compared with patients in Group B,the subjects in Group A demonstrated significantly higher degree of cervical softening,apparently lower degree of intraprocedural pain,remarkedly shortened length of time for the IUD retrieval procedure（ P〈0. 01）,lower incidence rate of induced abortion syndrome,and higher successful rate of one-time retrieval. Conclusion： As disposable silicon tube is effective in softening and dilating cervix,allevating patients＇ pain,shortening the length of procedure,and reducing damages from a repeated procedure,it is worthy of wider clinical application.
