摘　　要：出口剪作为首钢迁钢冷轧连退机组的重控设备，承担着带钢焊缝废料剪切、取样剪切和分卷剪切工作任务，必须保障其高可靠性、高投入率工作。对出口剪的工作原理及日常故障做了重点分析，并提出相关改进措施，为出口剪的稳定运行奠定了理论基础，并对其他钢厂的同类设备具有一定的借鉴意义。The Exports cut is the major control equipment for the Continuous anneal line in cold-steel factory. It is used to cut the scrap, the sampling and the volume classification. We must ensure that it works in high reliability and high investment rate. This paper analyzes the working principle and the daily breakdown of the Exports cut and comes up with the improvement measures. It has laid the theoretical basis for the stable operation of the Exports cut. It＇s a reference for the similar units of other steel mills.
