非单篇析出文献资源服务效益文献调研综述

摘　　要：为了透彻研究国家科技图书文献中心成员单位冶金工业信息标准研究院尚未加工揭示的非单篇析出文献资源为用户创造的服务效益，从非单篇析出文献资源和文献资源服务效益的含义出发，简要介绍了冶金工业信息标准研究院的馆藏非单篇析出文献资源，提出了文献资源输出评估和效益评估的特点及文献资源服务效益的评估方法，最后介绍了两种国外文献资源服务效益评价系统，为非单篇析出文献资源的服务效益研究提供了有益的参考和借鉴。CMISI, the NSTL member, has a number of documentation resources that couldn＇t been sorted out under NSTL cataloguing rules. In order to thoroughly study their benefit for our customers, the paper starts from the meaning of un-sorted documentation resources and service benefit of documentation, briefly introduces the un-sorted documentation resources in CMISI collection, proposes the characteristics of output evaluation and benefit evaluation and also the evaluation methods for documentation service benefit, and finally introduces two kinds of documentation resources benefit evaluation systems abroad.
