摘　　要：烟草行业在国家控烟力度进一步增强以及"利改税"后利润大幅减少的全新发展态势下,应充分利用自身良好的商誉和现代化的物流运营管理体系,推进物流中心的市场化进程,以非法人实体化运作模式为开端,大力开展非烟物流业务,并做好成本控制,在竞争激烈的卷烟销售市场中创造新的利润增长点。In the new situation of national tobacco control efforts to further enhance and profit substantially reduced after ＂Profit to Tax＂ the tobacco industry should make full use of its good reputation and modern logistics operation management system, to promote the logistics center market oriented reform. Start with non legal entity operation mode, vigorously carry out non tobacco logistics business, and carry out cost control, create a new profit growth point in the highly competitive cigarette sales market.
