双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药对小儿非感染性腹泻的疗效及血清IL-6、IL-17表达影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿非感染性腹泻进行双歧杆菌四联活菌片疗法的临床效果及对血清IL-6、IL-17表达的影响研究。方法选择2015年8月～2016年4月本院收治的小儿非感染性腹泻患者100例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组（常规药物治疗，n=50）和观察组（双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药，n=50），两组均治疗7d，比较两组治疗后的临床效果；比较两组治疗前后的血清IL-6、IL-17含量指标情况；比较两组的总住院时间、体温恢复正常时间、停止腹泻时间。结果观察组的临床有效率为94．0％，对照组的临床有效率为74．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后的血清IL-6、IL-17含量均有降低，但观察组治疗后的血清IL-6、IL-17含量较对照组均显著要低（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后的相关时间指标均较对照组显著要优（P〈O．05）。结论SJL肺感染性腹泻进行双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药疗法，可显著降低机体炎症因子的释放，疗效显著，且住院时间短，值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the infantile non- infectious diarrhea and its impact in the expression of serum IL-6 and IL-17. Methods 100 infants with non- infectious diarrhea treated in our hospital from August 2015 to April 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases each. Patients in observation group were treated with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets, and patients in control group were treated with conventional drugs. After 7d of treatment, the clinical effect, the expression of IL-6 and IL-17 as well as the overall hospitalization time, recovery time of normal body temperature and time of stopping diarrhea were observed. Results The clinical effective rate of observation group （94.0%） was higher than that of control group （74.0%） （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the content of IL-6 and IL-17 in observation group was even lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The overall hospitalization time, recovery time of normal body temperature and time of stopping diarrhea of observation group was better than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For infants with non-infectious diarrhea, the bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets can greatly reduce the content of IL-6 and IL-17, and promote the patient＇ s fast recovery. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
