手术室护理人员职业倦怠感及其影响因素研究分析

摘　　要：目的分析及观察手术室护理人员职业倦怠感现状，并探讨其影响因素。方法随机选取2015年3月～2016年6月期间的38名手术室护理人员为研究对象，将其采用MBI-CS量表进行评估，然后比较不同性别、年龄、护龄、文化程度及职称护理人员的MBI-GS量表的评估结果，并采用Logistic分析上述因素与职业倦怠感的关系。结果38名手术室护理人员的MBI-GS量表评估结果较差，不同性别护理人员的评估结果无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而不同年龄、护龄、文化程度及职称护理人员的评估结果则存在显著性差异，年龄较大、护龄较长、文化程度较低及职称较低的护理人员重度倦怠感率高于年龄较小、护龄较短、文化程度较高及职称较高的护理人员，且经Logistic分析上述因素均与职业倦怠感有密切的关系（P〈0．05）。结论手术室护理人员职业倦怠感较为突出，且年龄、护龄、文化程度及职称均是其重要影响因素。Objective To analyze and observe the job burnout status of nursing staff in operation room,and investigate its influence factors. Methods 38 nursing staff in operation room during the time of March 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the research object,and they were evaluated with MBI-Gsscale.The MBI-GS scale evaluation results of nursing staff with different gender, ages,nurse-job seniority,education degree and positional titles were compared.And the relationship between those factors and job burnout were analyzed by the Logistic analysis. Results The MBI-GS scale evaluation results of 38 nursing staff in operation room were poor,and the evaluation results of nursing staff with different gender had no obvious difference（P 〉 0.05）.The evaluation results of nursing staff with different ages, nurse-job seniority,education degree and positional titles had significant differences.The severe burnout rates of nurses with higher ages,longer nurse-job seniority,lower education degree and lower positional titles were all higher than those of nurses with lower ages,shorter nurse-job seniority,higher education degree and higher positional titles,Those factors all had close relationship to the job burnout by the Logistic analysis,all（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The job burnout of nursing staff in operation room is prominent,and the ages,nurse-job seniority,education degree and positional titles are the important influence factors.
